Honeywell 50001137-001 Cover Plate Assembly. Coverplate assembly for use with FocusPRO® TH5110 thermostat. Includes one small and one medium coverplate, bracket for j-boxes and mounting hardware. Small coverplate is 4 5/16 in. x 5 1/2 in. Medium coverplate is 5 in. x 6 7/8 in.
