Honeywell 1XC27 Fan Timer

The Fan Timer is used to remotely control OLDER Honeywell heat and energy recovery ventilators. The timer changes the ventilator to high speed for increased circulation and comfort. By twisting the knob on the timer control you can select up to 60 minutes of high-speed run time. Up to ten timers can be installed to one ventilator for added user convenience. Installation is quick with the Decora Switch Plate and the timer mounts in a full or one-half depth electrical box. ONLY WORKS ON THE OLDEST VERSION OF THE ER AND HR RECOVERY DEVICES. ER or HR model must have 2 or 4 terminals on control board for it to wire up. To install this device you MUST disconnect the 2 transformer (power) wires in the timer box, wire nut them off individually and connect the other 2 wires (switch wires) to the new fan timer. Should you have more than 1 timer at your location you can still leave the older style ones in place and operating. This switch will operate on 24 volts or 120 volts. If you have a newer style ER or HR recovery device and used part 209599 OR 32003487-001 digital fan timer you must now install a timer part #50050477-001 available from us.
